Pumpkin Carving Photo Contest 2023 Rules & Regulations
Contest Duration:
The Riverview Honda Pumpkin Carving Photo Contest ("Contest") will accept entries from October 4th, 2023 to October 26th, 2023.
Eligibility: The Contest is open to residents of Canada only.
Participants must fall into one of the following categories to enter:
- Young 'Uns (Ages 10 and under)
- Striplings (Ages 11-17)
- Young at Heart (Ages 18+)
- Shopkeepers (Businesses/Organizations)
Entry and Voting: Contestants may enter the Contest by submitting a photo of their carved or decorated pumpkin through the official Contest website or designated entry portal.
- Users are encouraged to share their contest entries on social media, but sharing is not a requirement for entry.
- Users may cast one vote per day for their favourite entries.
- Entries and votes must be in accordance with the specified Contest guidelines and any additional instructions provided.
Prizes: Prizes will be awarded as follows:
- Young 'Uns Category: $100 ThinkPlay/Endeavours gift card.
- Striplings Category: $100 Unplugged Board Game Cafe gift card.
- Young at Heart Category: $100 540 Kitchen & Bar gift card.
- Shopkeepers Category (Businesses/Organizations): Coffee and donuts for your team, courtesy of Riverview Honda.
Pumpkin Pickup: A limited number of pumpkins will be available for free pickup from the Riverview Honda dealership. Contestants who wish to enter can stop by the dealership during business hours to collect their pumpkin.
General Terms and Conditions: By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules & Regulations and the decisions of Riverview Honda, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
- All entries and photos submitted must be original and the sole work of the entrant.
- Inappropriate or offensive entries will be disqualified at the discretion of Riverview Honda.
- Riverview Honda reserves the right to disqualify any participant for violations of these rules, including but not limited to fraudulent activity or tampering with the voting process.
- Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during entry. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 24 hours, Riverview Honda reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
- Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- Riverview Honda is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to website errors or interruptions, that may affect entry or voting.
- By entering the Contest, participants grant Riverview Honda the right to use their submitted photos for promotional purposes without compensation.
- This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
- Riverview Honda reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time for any reason without prior notice.
Privacy: Any personal information collected during the Contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and will not be disclosed to third parties without the entrant's consent.
